Chidzika Mhunduru is the Co-Founder of Alabaster Worship. He is married to Rose Mhunduru, his wife of 18 years.

Chidzika serves as a Senior Elder and a Trustee at his local church. He is a BA Theology and Youth Work graduate and he is passionate about studying the word of God. He is also passionate about working with young people and does this on a part time basis.

Chidzika is an MSc Finance graduate and also holds a BA in Business Administration. He is the driving force behind the overall administration at Alabaster Worship.

Sandra is the Head of the Admin Team at Alabaster Worship, a role that she executes with excellence. She is passionate about worship and is a long-serving worship leader in her local church and beyond. Sandra has the heart to worship and also to develop others.

Sandra has mentored many young people into the worship ministry over the years and has a particular calling for the young people’s ministry. She works at a high level of effectiveness in all the work she undertakes at Alabaster Worship. Sandra is a valuable member of the team.

Beyond Alabaster Worship, Sandra is Co-Owner of a health and social care business that she runs together with her husband Harold; together they have have three children.

Fiona is a member of the Admin Team at Alabaster Worship.  She serves as a Worship Leader at her local church. She is passionate about working with young people and empowering them to realise their purpose and identity in God.

Fiona brings with her strong IT skills, she is able to develop effective administration and support systems.  Fiona is a valuable member of the Alabaster admin team.

Beyond Alabaster worship, Fiona works as a Project Specialist in local government and has over a decade worth of experience in audit and finance.  Fiona is a devoted wife to supportive and loving husband Leo.

Emilia is personable and welcoming. She is a team player who thrives on ensuring logistics run smoothly and in a timely manner.  Emilia also administers our WLConn@ct platform and is an excellent communicator both written and orally. She is a valuable member of our Admin Team.

Emilia is passionate about worship and is a member of the worship team at her local church. She loves working with children and is able to engage with children and young people in a creative way.

Beyond Alabaster Worship, Emilia works as a Regulatory Specialist in the flavour industry working for one of the world’s top flavour houses. She is also a speaker and etiquette coach. Emilia is a doting mother of two beautiful children, a dedicated wife to her loving and supportive husband Solomon.

Financier is a valuable member of the admin team at Alabaster Worship. She has a passion for working with children and she serves as a Children’s Ministry teacher at her local church and also serves as a Deaconess.

Financier possesses the skills to inspire and motivate others. She is a good team player with the ability to work collaboratively to ensure the best outcome.

Financier is a worshipper at heart, she served in the worship ministry from a young age. She learnt to play the acoustic guitar from a young age and her passion for worship still shines through.

Beyond Alabaster Worship, Financier is a professional within the health sector. She is devoted to her husband, Simon and three children.
